So what's on the menu for 360 before 2006?

After looking at release lists all I see coming up is DOA 4.

Is this correct or are there more Launch Window games soming that aren't scheduled officially yet? I have a few more launch games I want to pick up but it would be nice to see a few more choices before the end of the year.

MS really needs to get rid of that "25 titles by Holiday '05" banner on their site. Holiday '05 ends at Christmas. They'll have 19 titles by then.

uh, it pretty easily is the best launch lineup ever all things considered. dreamcast launch lineup is a possible competitor, but not really. ps2 launch sucked nuts, xbox launch sucked nuts, gc launch sucked nuts

I've been stuck playing the demo of Geometry wars advance ver. That game is freakin sweet. I can see myself spending a lot of time on that arcade game if I purchased it.

Also haven't seen smash tv in the marketplace...anyone know about it?

Nothing has beat Soul Calibur yet. I think from a pure games standpoint, DC still has it.

But damn, does that PD0 look cool. I will reserve judgment till Joana Dark playtime

Yeah, it's a great launch. In fact I'd give it an A- (maybe B+) from the initial lineup. But Soul Calibur still holds up today and was pretty much the best 3rd party launch title ever. That combined with Sonic Adventure 1 (amazing at the time) and Powerstone = best launch.

DC had soul calibur, which was a great game, but taken as a whole i think the 360 launch has been far superior.

let us not forget the one game dreamcast didn't have at launch, and the game that arguably caused the demise of DC. you know which game im talking about, and althought EA haters hate to admit it, it's the truth :D

This launch is lacking the true blockbuster it would need to be the best launch lineup ever. I think it's better described as the least-sucky launch lineup ever, as it also lacks any real complete turds. It's mostly good to great games, with no real absolute knockout (like soul calbur or Mario 64)
