What is it? Just cut out carbs and go to town with protein? If steak counts I might try it.That high-protein diet ain't no lie.
Yeah pretty much. Even if you don't 100% shift your diet over to it, it's worth replacing 1-2 days per week with an all-protein diet and you'll see how it affects you. What is it? Just cut out carbs and go to town with protein? If steak counts I might try it.

Does salad dressing count as carbs? Please say no.Yeah pretty much. Even if you don't 100% shift your diet over to it, it's worth replacing 1-2 days per week with an all-protein diet and you'll see how it affects you.

having millions helps.
You're wrong, but you're wrong about most things.not really

Well - what if you don't have millions of dollars and have to get up at the crack of dawn to go work a job for 10-12 hours a day to support your family? What if that job requires you to be sitting / sedate the majority of the day? What if you get 3-4 hours of solid exercise on the weekends, but you'll never see gains like this guy because your lifestyle doesn't really support it. Sure, you could get up at 4am and squeeze in a workout here or there, to the detriment of your sleep schedule - or work out when you return from the office exhausted. The stress of every day life piles on and is difficult to get out from under it, making it even more difficult to get motivated.not really

Come on man, if I had millions of dollars I wouldn't have to worry about being put through the ringer all the time so that my family has a roof over their heads and food on the table - I'd be free to work out as much as I wanted to, which is a whole lot more than I'm currently able to.
I know I'll get hit with the "you're just making excuses" shtick like always, but sometimes you've gotta face reality man.
I just choose to put my efforts into other things. Having millions of dollars would help shift my priorities pretty considerably, that's all I'm sayin'.you do have to face reality, you either work hard or you don't
get up earlier, exercise when you return home, all the things you mentioned
and laff at being exhausted from office work, my brother works like 18 hours a day on his feet and still works out
and if we're just talking weight loss here, all you gotta do is eat less (and better foods)
simple

Dude paid to fix his teeth though, that cannot happen naturally.
While he eventually did get braces to fix his teeth 100%, during shooting they made him wear false teeth as well to make them look even more crooked.Dude paid to fix his teeth though, that cannot happen naturally.![]()
Steak might be the best, especially for men. What is it? Just cut out carbs and go to town with protein? If steak counts I might try it.
I said it helps.tell me how his life of millions for all the years he's been in hollywood kept him thin

[/QUOTE] he was telling you what he can do. If your brother really works 18 hours a day. Then I hope he gets off it soon. He'll probably be dead quickly.
I said it helps.
He was fat for his career. He had what it takes to get in shape sooner.
