Would've expected Frictional to put The Bunker out first but happy SOMA can make it too.

Edit: I guess abylight already said they're doing all of em so, cool!

I really didn't care for their other games but this game was fantastic and for once told a story that was enhanced by being in game format in my opinion.
 
I really don't like horror games, but I loved SOMA. Wonderful experience and it's amazingly atmospheric. I can see myself double-dipping and playing it in bed at night in the dark.
 
Played Soma on PS4 and it was good. Story was phenomenal but gameplay was kinda frustrating. Definitely giving it a new shot on S2.

Any chance of 60 fps? It would make the Switch 2 version the best one, because now Soma runs at 30 fps even on the Xbox Series X!
 
Soma is 10 years today. 🎉 They released a small patch for the game that led to kind of an ARG that leads to this site: hotelsamsara.com
Seems to be a teaser for their next game. Subscribing to the mailing list reveals that they might be partnering with a publisher, Kepler Interactive, this time. Unsure if this new game is a sequel or related to Soma yet. The site leads me to believe it's sci-fi though. Can't wait to find out more.

Unfortunately, I think there's some misinformation here, it is currently 30 fps on switch 2 (downloaded just now as I thought it was 60) apparently, the frame rate will be uncapped at some point, but not currently.

Sounds like hyperbole, but this is genuinely one of the best games I've ever played. It's a one and done affair, but it leaves it mark.

True. I don't care about the story in videogames but i was completely hooked on this one. The only other game i ever cared about story wise is The Talos Principle.

You can tell i'm into existential stuff.
 
Ah, SOMA... If you can immerse yourself in the experience, the story is mind-bending and disturbing. Loved it.

One of the few things that bothered me about the game was the excessive camera shaking.
