What the hell is Johnny Sack? I can tell that he's roughly on the same level as Tony. Seems like he runs his own family in New York.... or at least used to. He moved to New Jersey because his wife wanted to?

Who is Carmine? I've heard the name a few times recently, in relation to Johnny Sack, but have no idea who it is

Watching Season 4 here (fourth episode), so no spoilers please

Johnnie Sack is an underboss in New York. Basically the number 2 man. And yes he suddenly moved to Jersey so Tony is like wtf mate? Carmine is the boss of New York.

Man I should really know this shit. I'm embarrassed. Now I'm wondering if I've seen Carmine before..... I think I have, but didn't know who it was. He's pretty old, right? Shows up to some big dinners? Calm demeanour?

That's what I love about him. :lol :lol He's such an arrogant fucking asshole; even the way he smokes his cigarettes gives off the "I'm better than you, asshole" vibe.

How insane that it went from both characters being whacked.... to both surviving. I was thinking everything was going to get SERIOUSLY shaken up, but now it's back to the same ol.... not that I'm complaining. Two awesome characters get to stick around for at least a while longer.

I really love this show. Little has been as good as the first season, but that's only because of the lesser scenarios and lack of that 'new show smell'. The characters, writing, and acting are all still top-notch.
