That was the joke in the game. McDonald's at one point had somewhere around 25-30 menu item numbers.I love that the no.45 means they must have 44 other combos on that board.
That meal was at least $70. Fast food doesn't scale well when you start ordering multiple combos.Funny, but not super impressed. "Back in my day," I used to do similar on a pretty regular basis. (No, not fat - was just very active at the time. And young. And stupid.)
Edit: I didn't do it for attention or anything. I just had a really large appetite and really loved food. Lol
I always wonder if this guy is just blessed with metabolism or if he goes and runs 10 miles an hour later, or if thr human body just has a limit to what calories it processes in one "meal" and the rest doesnt get stored or turned into fat.
He doesnt do this like 3 times a year, he puts up videos few times a month doing this shit.

Yes, leading up to events, certain foods are eaten because they stretch out the stomach more once piled in with a ton of food. I did a few hot eating contests at work, and I did similar pregame things. Day of, wouldn't eat a ton before hand. Something light in the morningSo people siggested they dont eat or eat very little befofe doing this, the problem with that is your stomach shrinks when you dont eat, i remmeber it happening last food poisoning i had, afterwards i could barely eat a small chicken breast without feeling incredibly full.
Wouldnt they have to keep their stomachs stretched and used to the larger food intake?
