Saw a video of a PS4 handheld some weeks ago. Was close to a steamdeck in size and lasted iirc 2 hours. A 4090 mobile, even when further downclocked, and a reasonable CPU for that is another beast though. Anything that is not actually an APU is insane currently, even if Nvidia generally have great performance per watt, as long as not clocked stupidly like especially the 40 series with their gigantic coolers were.
