Shawn Layden is the new CEO for SCEA, it's his duty to host big SCEA conferences.
It's quite the opposite, he will be the main host while the others will have small roles if anything at all (Yoshida doesn't like to be on stage because his spoken english is not really good), Andrew House is the big guy and only fits with global announcements.

That is true (as evident by the E3, gamescom and pre-TGS press conferences last year), however, House did present a segment of the show back in 2012 that introduced Wonderbook and a bit on PlayStation Mobile. I'd expect House there in some form at least.

I tend to drink along with the conferences and by the time Sony was on last year I was wasted and clapping/laughing at their DRM plan announcements. The price too. Man, they really took advantage of Microsoft's fuck ups, planned or not. Made for a great E3 moment though, classic shit.

It's most likely going to be the replacement of Tretton for PS business, Shuhei Yoshida for 1st party and Adam Boyes for 3rd party.

Yoshida will start the show, introduce the new guy, he'll blab on for a while about how great Tretton was and update us on sales. Yosp will come back and show what's going on with the WWS. Boyes comes on showcasing the "bigger" indie titles. Then comes the 3rd party "exclusive" bullshit. Yosp comes back and introduces Cerny to show off CRASH. Yosp comes back and says ONE MORE THING... They show off Uncharted instead of the Last Guardian.
