If you ask this question 2-3 years ago the answer would be Memory Stick

but now it's SD by a huge Margin. And I think it'll only get worse from now on. for christ sake, stop pull out so freaking many different standards.

I am already pissed by the fact that my MS Pro DUO won't work on my SonyEricsson S700i, because in some strange twisted universe Sony think people will only need 128MB on a cellphone (that plays MP3 and takes pictures btw). And since Nokia's smartphones are getting much much better now I think my next phone will be from nokia.

1GB Pro Duos are as cheap as 75 bucks now.

Checking SanDisk's website, it seems SD, MS and CF cards are now pretty close in price.
