But the guy in the Time article specifically was referring to motion controls. I think it implies the non-gyro option that's in our demo and nothing else.

I'm curious to see the credits for the final game to see if Nintendo credits BandaiNamco for the mini-game while you're being connected to a match. Since they're buddy-buddy these days it might be part of a deal for them developing Smash, Pokken, or one of the Mario Kart Arcade games.

I know the patent expires this year, but it's not until later this year, and in theory that should cover any game that starts development before the patent expires.

Yes, Namco had the patent for that. i didn't know it ended this year thought.

Before. The servers will load up every time you hit the ZL and ZR. So even if it's still down the first time, try again as it will check again every time you press the buttons.

Off-tv play doesn't work when a game is built around using the tv and gamepad together. Imagine Nintendo Land with off-tv.

The patent only covers loading, while this is during matchmaking. There is no reason this hasn't existed before.

Superjump whenever you're in trouble. Cover area is more important than scoring kills. Don't forget to click your right stick to use your special.

Probably go Splattergun Jr. as your first weapon.
