I don't understand why some people in Splatzones keep on pushing through from the same way when it's clearly blocked by enemies? How about... taking another route?

But no, they just stand there with their squalcher and shoot ahead without seeing the enemy while I'm inking the splatzone all alone shouting "c'mon!"

Lucky there's no voice chat.

There is, but I'm not sure where it is.
From what I remember:
Increased knockback on Kracken
Unspecied changes to inkstrike.
Further reduced swimspeed with ninja squid
Futher reduced superjump speed with stealth jump
Inkresistance nerfs.
 
so rerolling and adding slots - is there a best way to do it? Eg add slots to max out gear first before rerolling? And how expensive is it?

I should be level 20 today or tomorrow and have been saving up (have about 100k), and would like to get my red hitops and red vector tee up to three slots if possible.

Once you get custom parties, I wonder if people will set up skype calls on their phones to have team voice chat? Decent coordination could be useful for some of these game modes. Also custom parties will probably be the first time you can properly balance a team because you can know who has what gear. So no more 4 roller teams.

30K for both adding slots and rerolls.

You need 3 slots before you can reroll.
 
Team Dog people better stock up on cash if you want to reroll abilities or add slots.

us Team Cat folks will be swimming in super sea snails!
 
as a general rule, whichever side of Bluefin I'm not covering is letting the enemy team through

I use them defensively and toss them over walls.

...It's funny. I remember posts during the Testfire saying that Burst Bombs were useless and Splat Bombs and Suction Bombs were superior in every way. People were bashing the Splattershot for having BBs. Now look at how appreciated the BBs have become. As for myself, being a bomb user, I actually didn't care much for them during that time. I was all Charger then and even during the first week. It wasn't until I unlocked the E-Liter that I started loving Burst Bombs.
