SSX 3 - Xbox. Discontinued?

Okay so I've been trying to hunt down a copy of SSX 3 for Xbox over the past few days, and every store I've been to (7 in all), simply havent had it, new or used. I did a little googling and found that it seems the gamecube version has been discontinued. I couldn't find anything saying the Xbox version had, but it is possible that I just didn't look hard enough.
Has the game been discontinued for Xbox, as well? Even ebgames.com seems to be backordered.

I'm starting to feel like I'm SOL. There's only two dedicated game shops back home(I'm on vacation now) I'm scared to go in because they're in a mall where you have about a 50/50 chance of getting shot in the face if you decide to go in.

If you have a PS2, get that version. The controls for this series are tailored to the DS2. Still, Tricky is the best in the series, especially if you're in it for the showoff stuff.

Don't have ps2. I'm drawn to the design of 3, so I'm looking for that one.

SSX3 is one of the best games Ive ever played (top 15). I have it on Xbox, but I havent seen it anywhere either (I was looking for a friend)

I saw a few copies of the Xbox version at the local Wal-Mart.
The title's still around, but don't count on restocks.

Didn't this game go down to $20 really really quickly? Anyone know why?

Finally found it at a hole in the wall type shop behind a local ice cream store. Payed $25 bucks for it used, but i didn't feel like going online so I'll take it.

Loving it so far though. Just out of curiosity, why do some people feel Tricky is the best in the series? So far 3 seems quite a bit better (I ended up buying both).

I'm mainly into SSX for the showoff mode, and the showoff stuff in SSX3 is painfully bad. In Tricky you get to do the showoff modes through entire levels, SSX3's equvalents are the big air events, and a few others...all of which aren't as fun IMO.
