wow go PSP :D

This will look so good on the PSP screen, and in my pocket, and on the toilet, and on my break at work, and fuck it, everywhere.

Damn. Did Sony unlock that extra power without telling us or something? :p Seems games are starting to look much better lately.

dam i thought it was the xbox version..look at the textures....awesome... :)
Wow...You're a retard. I'm not saying this doesn't look damn nice but XBox? Gimme a break.

Is all that dithering part of the game, or just how the images were compressed or captured? I didn't notice it at first, but now that I've spotted it, it's bothering me a tad.

It's called second generation software.

Oh, and bad art. :lol

I must say I'm curious about this as well. It sure looks strange.

SUPER SX IS LIKE A COLD WAR GOING DOWNHILL, WATCH FOR PITFALLS

ONE STEP AHEAD OF THE GAME, ONE STEP AHEAD OF THE GAME

Okay the song is gay, but SSX kicks me in the penis, seriously. It was TOTALLY my Killer App for the PS2, I was like "FINALLY MY PURCHASE IS VINDICATED"

Unless they come out with a portable xbox before it comes out.

Seems silly. $40 bucks for the Xbox version, then you're going to spend another $50 bucks, $10 more, on the -exact- same game for PSP? That money could go to Virtua Tennis or Burnout or something else.

Damn this game is looking hot!!! Wait until they unlock the CPU and GPU. WOW!!

I just noticed the PS2/GC/Xbox version of SSX on Tour is 39.99 while the PSP version is 49.99.

LAMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

Getting those too. Problem?

Again, unless I can play the xbox version outside of my house...

Maybe he waits to play the same game that he loves on the road. What's wrong with that?

I want to know how the PSP version handles tricks.

And how it handles loading.

I want my demo.

Exactly. I don't see how it would control very good on PSP when it's kind of a pain on GameCube. And it's $10 more than the console versions. :\

EDIT: And no, I have no "problem". I just think it's a lame waste of money to buy a game for two systems, with one of them being 10 dollars more. Just what I think. :P

Good thing you don't pay my bills huh? I can more than afford 2 copies, considering they will be used for different purposes.

Last time they released a 30fps demo that I thought was unplayable. I say just let them focus on getting the full game ironed out first.

See, if you researched the games you'd do a much better job in your trolling attempt as the PSP version is different from the console versions.

The PSP one is more like the original SSX or SSX Tricky in that it's level based.

The console versions are like SSX 3 where it's one giant streaming mountain.

Just like Need for Speed Underground Rivals is a different game from Need for Speed Underground 1 and 2.

OPM (or was it EGM?) said that while SSX PSP looks great, it has a loooong way to go in framerate and control.

No idea how it controls, but it looked pretty damn smooth in some videos they released recently.

I don't think you've pounded this idea into our heads enough in the other 20 or so topics you made this point.

Yeah, the dithering is likely in the game. PSP graphics tend to blend color at 16-bit depth.

You are correct...but have you ever actually even HELD a PSP before? :P
