For reference, the most popular GPU on Steam, the RTX 3060, is equivalent to the Recommended specs. That probably means 1080p 60fps - upscaling unknown on that. That's also pretty much in line with other UE5 titles on high settings, with upscaling in those cases (so probably upscaling here too).
Looks like the team are utilizing Lumen to the fullest. Not sure about Nanite, or even which version of UE5 this is. Recent versions have much better performance overall, and can use Nanite virtualized geometry on vegetation and characters too, iirc. Hopefully they have all of that in play for this game.
