That asks the question then, who was the black robed figure kneeling in front of that Bacta Tank with the Royal Guards?
One theory was the Emperor himself, kneeling to Snoke being held in there... and clearly it was not the shape or size to be Vader...
It looked too, 'solid postured' to be Palps, and also, he became so powerful, I doubt he kneels to anyone.
Starkiller. He was down with the cloak. Believe.

Interested to know what abilities they will implement for Lando and Dengar, and if they will be trait-based like Nien and Greedo. Also looking forward to having a more powerful villain class DLT-19 to play with.

Sucks that it's still at least two weeks out, but at least some things are getting fixed. I wonder if any weapon balancing is coming, especially for the Relby and DLT-19X

Actually, you may like the larger game modes in Battlefront. The mess is comparable to Conquest.

That's the game I switched to Battlefront from. You will definitely recognize a lot of BF4 in Battlefront, but there are some major differences. No squads, random item and vehicle drops, simple progression, no classes, limited customization, no ammo, no health kits (yet), no team balance.
It's a simplified BF4 basically, and you give up a lot to be able to play in the star wars universe. It does do away with the annoying grind to get a potato grip on a weapon you don't use though.

Entire teams were running with explosive shot and camping their base on Cargo yesterday; was driving me insane. I've developed a nice hatred for Explosive Shot and Scan Pulse, primarily on small modes.
Someone explain this to me. Why do people want to see & hear streamers? Why not straight up gameplay?
I'd imagine people would use a greater variety of cards if there was anything worth using.
I've almost stopped using Ion Torpedo, in its nerfed stated it is not good enough alone and since one else uses it... My primary loadout still has it but that's only because there's nothing else to use either.
I barely have any use for the Ion Shot but i hang on to it for those maps with turrets (namely: Sullust) and shooing away starfighters.
Because my friend is a sniper-player, i have Pulse Cannon in loadout. I'm terrible shot with it but whatever, it is not like i've got anything else worth using at distance.
For Supremacy when i'm not sniping, i have a loadout with Cycler Rifle (to shoot through the fucking personal shields, i can't actually snipe with it), and Ion Grenade for testing purposes at the moment (good vs droids, especially since this loadout doesn't have Ion Shot). Not sure what else i'd use. Probably should consolidate my equipment into one loadout (ie Cycler and Pulse with Explosive Shot).
For Cargo matches, i use Scout Pistol and Thermal Detonator.
I use Explosive Shot with certain weapons that feel too weak without it (mostly A280C, which becomes a death machine with it... unfortunately) or when playing Cargo.
Everything else in the game is trash or pointless as far as i'm concerned, with two exceptions: Scan Pulse and Personal Shield are something i avoid simply on principle, plus the former teaches bad habits (reliance on an aid) and the latter's drawbacks (inability to shoot) aren't something i'm willing to accept.
So, if i strip the stuff i use due to my partially altruistic nature, ie team-helping Ion weapons and niche stuff like the Scout Pistol, all i have left are Explosive Shot and Pulse Cannon. I use them mostly because they're the only useful cards in the game. I'm not surprised others use them so much.
That said, i would not suggest buffing the other cards, Ion weapons aside. If the Impact Grenade or Bowcaster are buffed, people will abuse them. If the Homing Shot is buffed, people waste their time with it.
Nerfing Pulse Cannon will most likely simply effectively remove it from the game. The Explosive Shot needs some nerfing probably as well, but predicting the effect of that is difficult.
The very nature of most Star Cards is that they're either too good or utter shit. Overall, the whole system is rather shit design... not really different from typical perk or other loadout systems.
Fortunately guns in the game feel really good, even if the ancillary systems leave much to be desired. Enough to keep me playing, when my friend's around.
Were i stream-watching type, i'd prefer not to see nor hear the player. I hate it when someone talks over a video or something.
Probably one reason i don't actually watch streams...

Seriously, most satisfying sniper in DICE games since since BC2.
The most satisfying sniper in BC2 was the Carl Gustav.
It was extremely amusing to counter-snipe with a rocket launcher, no one ever expected that.
(Honestly, i can't recall any sniper rifles from the game.)
I wish Cycler Rifle had a proper reticule with lines for measure bullet drop. I might actually use it for sniping then.

Same. I watch streams and don't like when people talk unless it's about the game. Most of the time people respond to the chat, where people ask idiotic things. Ultimately people use the video and microphone as a social hangout and responding to comments gets donations.
The pistols are ok. I'm not normally a pistol user though.
The Relby is just a semi-auto A280C but with worse performance in almost every single category.
The DLT19x is a wannabe sniper rifle with all the weaknesses and few of the strengths of the actual sniper cards, rendering it a completely situational weapon. If you want to leave your targets on 4% health and yourself helpless when your Scout Pistol or Scatter Gun is on cooldown, this is your weapon.
