Starcraft Ghost ... Bizarf!

I played it at E3 04 and 05 and didn't have fun either time. I'll be shocked if this is decent when it ships.

It's a blast to play and for some reason it looks worse in the direct-grab screenshots that have been released lately than it did at E3. I didn't hear anyone bemoan the graphics at the show. Sure they're not this generation's best, but they're not the eyesore they're being made out to be here either.

Check out some of the video clips in this StarCraft: Ghost preview to get an idea of what the game looks like in a normal play environment.

I seen those videos a while ago, but there's still a huge difference between this, and the videos released 2 years or so back at E3. Hopefully this is just waht the game looks like while getting the gameplay mechanics down and when it's finally completely they'll get a huge texture boost.

It's good to hear that it's fun at least. Framerate looks tolerable at least in the video clips from got-next.

I'm still cautiously optimistic about this one. Though I hope I'm not suffering from Killzone syndrome again and am trying to force myself to like this.

Well, Swingin' Ape has only been on the game a little over a year. They completely changed game engines and programming environments from the system Nihilistic was using, so the game has undergone quite an overhaul in that space of time. It needed to from a gameplay standpoint. Don't forget that they added a multiplayer component as well and basically got rid of all the old level designs.
