Blizzard will block the account from the beta if it detects games from IP from different region in order to prevent account sharing the beta IIRC.
Be sure to use something like www.sc2rc.com and not mediafire or something. Much quicker and easier to download that way for everyone.fanboi said:

Ah found one where you don't have to create an account http://repdepot.net/ - has to be in zip/rar tho.

It's the pre patch 9 replays that are the issue I believe (didn't work with my older replays), but with the newer they work just fine (afaik?)
