Coordination will be affected at some point, I'm sure. Lights also seem to get more intense or unbearable. Going outside, although necessary, is displeasurable.
Sometimes in life we must pull all-nighters, no matter what the circumstance:
_caring for a family member who can't fend for them self
_project deadlines and extenuating circumstances
_too much celebration
_long sets of gaming or whatever with no rest
_being constantly on the run from someone tracking you
Whatever it is that we have to stay awake for, how long does it take to feel normal and rested again? What can one add to their diet to speed the recovery process? What, besides sleep, besides caffeine, can one do to relieve exhaustion?
