If so, good on Bethesda for not ignoring it. I hope to see more patches by developers too.

The South Park: The Stick of Truth store page has been updated to reflect the change in publisher and release timeframe - up until now THQ was listed as the publisher and release was set to sometime in 2013.

I noticed that Steam Achievements is listed under Details - I don't know if that is new or not, I hope that this means that they are sticking to Steamworks.

That would be awesome. If Bethesda were really feeling generous they could patch the game so it doesn't crash immediately on Windows 8, and I don't have to go download fan patches or fuck around with the ini.
