Provided he was a high enough Steam level.
Since Aliens vs. Predator (2010) got removed from the Steam store, I went ahead and bought it on Nuuvem.com.br for $1.35 USD. Activated no problem with no region lock or whatever.
Yeah I'm not. But voted anyway.
If you can find a way to get to lvl 8 (?) in the next 12 hours, you will get every single card for voting Steam owes you.
why do people always say bastion and transistor are really similar games? i've seen that a lot
i'm playing through bastion right now after playing through transistor the past couple days and can only conclude that those people have never played them even a little bit,the games aren't even remotely similar
They are made by the same developer. They are both considered very stylistic games.
Nuuvem either takes forever to send activation emails, or something went wrong.
I've wanted to get back into puzzle games for a bit. Impressions seem to be positive, and from what I understand the entire thing can be solved without any guesswork, just lots and lots of careful thinking. I'll hope for the best.
I found it, it was in the spam folder. Now I just need to figure out what means what in the checkout window since it won't translate. What do I put under CPF and CEP?I ended up making a new Twitter account, logging in that way, then creating an account.
I realize this is super convoluted, but that process worked for me. Nuuvem wasn't sending an activation email otherwise.
but they go about it in very different ways and the gameplay itself is radically different

Yay, it went through, thanks. Glad I could grab AVP before it was lost to the graveyard of Steam games past.I just used Paypal, took care of everything for me.
Well... I guess I should at least buy something so I don't feel like I'm missing out.

It does irritate me slightly that Infinite gets alphabetically sorted before Plus even though I should play them the other way around (both after the original, of course).
What are people buying from Nuuvem now?
I was probably just going to ignore them, but grabbing two extinct games for ~$6 is just too hard to pass up.
Aliens: Colonial Marines
Aliens vs Predator
Come on Barbie let's go party!Barbie Dreamhouse Party is finally mine.

With each new picture you look more and more like Momoa as Drogo.
Same developer... similar narrative gimmick (though different enough), unique art styles, both are supposed to be action RPGs (though I think Transistor doesn't function well as one), emphasis on music as part of the narrative, etc.
I'll take that as a compliment.
I've finally made it to the last chapter of Final Fantasy XIII after 30 hours. From what I can gather, there are about 10-15 hours left though I'll likely continue playing after finishing the main questline to button up all of the side-quest content. Then I'm looking forward to moving into XIII-2, which I hear is even better.
I sang that in a karaoke bar in Niigata.
I tore the house down.
Installed Colonial Marines again for Stasis Interrupted (it's terrible, btw) and noticed they've actually disabled the silly Monster energy drink emblem DLC.
Not on DLC list anymore:

Dunno if this gets the honor of being the first DLC removed from accounts

transistor didn't really feel like it was meant to be an action rpg at all to me
it plays much closer to a rtwp type of system(although obviously it's not quite that either)
in any case i'm just a little confused because I saw a lot of comments in the past saying they were practically identical or whatever and that's actually one of the reasons i'm just getting around to playing them now(although I guess a bigger reason would be I just don't play all that many games in general)
Is there a .mov or something? Need it for science.

So I just finished To The Moon:

One of the saddest story ever
I wasn't prepared. Going through John's life alone was sad, but I just wasn't ready for the end. Gonna have to cry myself to sleep tonight.
