It looks like everybody is getting the uncut version for now, for example in the comments here (he gets lost in double negations, but he has the same version I got: "The Darkness II Standard Edition Retail").
It has happened in the past that HB would change to cut versions for german users after a while, probably because the publisher, or Humble received complains from Germany.
So it looks like you will get the uncut if you buy the bundle now, but that could change if you decide to get the bundle too late...
And yes, the Germany censorship situation is really irritating.

I'm one of those people that just don't enjoy the Bioshock games at all.

I do wish the bundle included Enemy Within though.

That's bizarre. It shouldn't have worked. Both the German store sub and ROW retail sub only have the base game (7670).

Ah, maybe they're just getting hammered; it's happened before with previous bundles. Hopefully it doesn't take too long.

I didn't get the e-mail either. Their key-sending e-mail server must be down. I was able to use the "Click here to get your keys" after paying, so I accessed the page using that. Try checking the bottom of your Humble "My Library" page to see if the Humble 2K Bundle was added to the list.
