Didn't even know there was going to be a Sacred 3 and now it's suddenly at the top of Steam's top seller list.
EDIT: Huh, and now it's gone?
Can you make it so everyone has to use it for online play?Yeah, there's options for that stuff.
I think Mr. Orange did a pretty good job making an example of all the shitposting habits to avoid in August.

Well the thread did kind of slow down the past few days I guess. August may very well just need one thread the whole month.
Is it possible to play Pool Nation without the helping arrows you see in this video?

Seeing how the ball will travel before you shoot doesn't look that much fun to me.
Maybe... but we've only had this thread for less than two weeks and we're already over the limit. So I dunno.Well the thread did kind of slow down the past few days I guess. August may very well just need one thread the whole month.
Totally, should be in the OP.I think Mr. Orange did a pretty good job making an example of all the shitposting habits to avoid in August.

By the way, there were some errors processing your keys...
Note: The key you added for Velocity Ultra was already listed in ModBot from a previous giveaway of yours, but was not taken. Updating key info to match new giveaway.

No real interest in these games, but figured better to give them away than let the keys go to waste.
Great pool game.
Not many people online to play though
Yeah, will probably be doing that, I'll skim through the last few pages here though. You're better off not doing that and just starting fresh at this point.
LOL, it wouldn't because posts have a hard character limitWhen you finally post with the quotes in it, it will break GAF.
Also, you better hurry, before someone closes this and the August thread goes up...
Speaking of -- I want the new thread to go up... c'mon already.
Pool Nation for just over £1 this week? Worth a shot! Bought!

Thinking about picking up Pool Nation and Red Faction: Guerrilla, anything wrong with either of those (aside from GFWL in the case of Red Raction)?
Pretty sure they patched out GFWL or are planning on it.
Do you like shiny balls? Get it.
Last I heard was that they were planning on it. I was more inquiring if either of them are total garbage and not worth the ~$2 they're going for right now.

I saw Steam downloaded some Sacred 3 thing, so I tried my luck by hitting Play (the store said the game would be available for play on August 1 and it's already August 1 here) and it started doing it's... unpacking? magic and after 30/40 minutes of wait it is now downloading another 2GB of stuff. Hopefully once that's done I'll be able to play.
I see nothing about a d-pad in that article or see one on the new design. I'm not really going to consider getting one till it has a proper one.
Guerrilla is amazing.
They're both easily worth the price.
Guerilla is a very fun sci fi sandbox game with nothing like it last I checked. The destructibility is fun and adds a lot to the expierence.
I was wondering about this. Seems like all the feedback I have seen (mostly from this site) is that it needs a DPAD. I don't really care much about DPADs and actually like the idea of the thumbstick. DPADs vs thumbsticks definitely comes down to individual game preference and/or play style though.
If the left pad could function as a thumbstick it seems like it would make more sense to put a DPAD where the thumbstick is currently located.

So Idle Master had stopped working, so I just kept the settings, deleted everything else, redownloaded, and it's working now.
'Sup with that?
To be fair to the design, if you are playing a game with a DPAD you would be motivated to plug in a controller that played to that need. Steam controller is meant to fill a different niche entirely.
Fixes / changes include:
Attacks that output strong impact vfxs do high damage to shields.
Tweaked all character shield values.
Updated grab vfx and sfx.
Tweaked difficulty chance assigned to levels.
Slightly increased AI level of most NPCs.
Captured enemies have 70% of their health when used by players.
Projectiles that move in arcs don't collide with jump through platforms during their rise.
Fixed blue fireball collisions.
Fixed XP displaying incorrectly for players using XP rings.
Health orbs give slightly less health.
Note: The bulk of this update addresses additional content for the next mask phase (not described in the change list).
