Do people really think MGSV PC is happening? Why do you do it to yourselves?
I'm more excited for Dead Rising 3 than GTAV. I want to see what that game looks like maxed out @ 60 fps. GTAV looks great for a previous gen game but it isn't going to push my system hard enough for me to get hyped for itunless it's another terrible PC port.

I think we all are in agreement that PC needs 4 good games:
1. Godzilla with super realistic city devastating, monster hunting and roaring to our hearts contents.
2. Starship Troopers, where we strategically exterminate bugs or failed that mind control them.
3. Matrix, which is actually fun and gorgeous to look at.
4. and most importantly GitS, not watch dogs or remember me, but pure insanity with brain hacking left and right and where we have no idea what's real and what's not ever, even after ending credits roll.
That's not too much to ask for, I think.
edited: and we already almost have No Man's Sky so I won't as for that. I just hope it delivers as much as I imagine. Not that it's possible, but one can hope.
GTA V will look alot better then Dead Rising 3 on PC

Has Skynet brought Modbot back online?
(2) EDF! EDF! EDF! (Seriously, EDF is basically Starship Troopers: The Game.)

in for the magnet.
If MGSV doesn't make it to PC I'll just have to buy a PS4 for that and Destiny. *shrug*
Has Skynet brought Modbot back online?
It'll be back online after Nintendo, I don't have the level of attention required to sysadmin a bot while moderating a forum and trying to enjoy E3 as a regular user. ModBot gets really persnickety when connectivity to GAF is lagged or outright not working.
Destiny for me has gone from looking like a Firefly style romp to Borderlands without any soul (what little soul Borderlands had even). I think I'd have to be severely intoxicated to get any enjoyment out of it. Good job there's a wave of alpha and beta testers who will no doubt break NDA in the next couple of months to reveal all.
At least with Bungie developing I know that the combat and weapons won't be utter shit like in Borderlands. You're right though, I need to see Story Missions.

Funny you should mention that; I just started watching the Firefly episodes on Netflix for the first time ever in my life on Sunday. Wish I had sooner. Parts of the presentation feel a little too antiquated / faux Western to be plausible, but overall, I'm loving the show and think it would have made a great inspiration for a video game. Something more focused on running a ship (sort of ala FTL) and not just the backwater / borderworlds outlaw atmosphere of Borderlands. It will probably be as something like $47 Humble fumble their tier staging all the time now.

Bu-bu-bu... Opposing Force?
My fear is that its just a straight port job with pretty graphics.
Need to fix online and everything else.
No Man's Land footage makes me all giddy, but sadly I have my doubts about what the game will actually be like. Words "procedural" and "infinite universe" just don't sit right with me. I'm afraid it will be a relatively simplistic affair with good looks and little actual substance, especially considering that it's being made by four people.
Temporal shifting and manipulation, mostly.
That and I only sleep a few hours a night, kinda like Davinci.
Poor MSAA performance on a deferred engine is expected, not the sign of a bad port. Be happy they bothered to include it since most deferred engines don't bother.Max Payne 3 wasn't really a great port tbh. with 8x AA my 780 overclocked past 780 Ti levels @ 1080pgets 25-40 fps.
I just noticed something incredible, still can't believe my eyes
How did you manage that? And how many hours a day has on your planet? (><)
iirc, Evochron Mercenary was made by one person and I don't think it's generally considered a shallow game, particularly in terms of physics and level of interaction with planets. No Man's Land footage makes me all giddy, but sadly I have my doubts about what the game will actually be like. isn't 30 ish GB pretty standard for AAA titles nowadays?

Something combining various aspects of X, Freelancer, FTL, Borderlands, FONV, Mass Effect etc.

Dude stop, crows taste like ass when eaten raw. Don't be that member that SteamGAF will laugh about on Chatrooms =(
For that matter Halo collection will come to PC in 2015, can't have people ditching their XBone sales in favour of PC.
But then I'm also the guy who firmly believes that RDR PC is going to happen and WB will get around to re-releasing Wheelman.
