After seeing that awesoma parry video I want to see more. I have only been able to glance and play this game briefly in arcades. Always against the computer, and I always lost (only played 2-3 times). So I want to see some great or regular videos of this game. There should be lots out there. I still have the video Laguna did. I want more...

I pre-ordered this game and I want something to hold me over until it shows up in the mail.

www.Gamecombos.com is trash for 3S stuff, but go there if you're interested in GGXX

I'd suggest going to #gamecombos on the EFnet irc servers. It has more combo videos from any game you can think of.

As for videos.... uh I've been meaning to record some matches of me and this guy I met up here recently, but it hasn't happened.

Check http://www.video-opera.com on a daily basis. It's essentially a portal for all the fighting game videos released every day (including match vids, combo vids, etc). Look for "3S" in the news title for videos regarding 3rd Strike. In fact, the last two updates include some 3S stuff. If you are at all interested in the character Twelve, be sure to check out Thongboy's Twelve Tutorial (available on http://www.combovideos.com/ ) Even if you aren't interested in that particular character, it would still be wise for you to download it in order to further understand the game mechanics and help get you in the right frame of mind. There are several great character tutorials (like Q, Oro, etc.) out there, so see if you can find them in the "News" archive section on video opera. (Or you could try searching the forums at SRK).
