Of course if they wear clothes, it is pointless to model anything under them (and you should never waste time and resources) but characters could some times appear naked.

It's not prudish or backwards to think nudity and violence are different, especially in a video game context where it's not even real people. Violence in games is there for fun and competition, nude mods are there to satisfy fetishes. You can like both, but they aren't the same thing. In this context specifically, Street Fighter is not even realistic. It's violent in the same way that Power Rangers is violent.
There's a time and a place for everything, and streamed Street Fighter tournaments are not the time or place for nude mods.

I like Chun-Li as much as the next guy (well, okay, maybe a little more if I'm honest) but not enough to want to get a nude mod for her. I don't think I've downloaded any nude mods for any games since the days I played the original Sims and got tired of the dumb ass blur they used to censor the Sims.
