That's dithering. It's a feature on the console version of the game.





It's just lower quality shadows.

It's almost time. Watched the reveal Trailer again damn is been a good journey. 14 months of hype and speculation. I think Capcom has done a good job marketing this game with a nice drip feed of reveals and multiple Betas.

I've just got my "Battle Ryu Bonus Costume DLC" for Street Fighter V.
I mean this is probably a long shot, but I preorder this with GAME (because cheapest) before I found out Amazon UK had Cammy.

Basically, any UKers PSN (or Europe) want Ryu DLC in exchange for Cammy?
