I'm from Pakistan, and I managed to get a few matches last night but that's pretty much it. I'm gonna try again right now, but this recent trend of not getting matches isn't inspiring any confidence.
Shit... Weren't you hyped for this game, doing the awesome OT and everything? This is sad to read.
Am I reading this right, or do you jump straight up after getting up from the ground?

Haha... oh man. At first I was annoyed, know it's just funny. In ranked match I've been matched up with people with much more LP than myself every single match for that past hour and half. Not an exaggeration. Every single game. Lost 9 in a row. This matchmaking system is cracking me up.
Slow compared to what? I feel like it's quite a bit faster than 4, with less pauses, too. The higher level of play seems to be all about quick movement with a lot of dashes etc.
I'm in Aus but having the same issue but my fellow Aus seemed to work fine for them.
Slowly but surely getting some matches in tonight. Good stuff. Can't wait 'til I get to play some friends in this.
My Fan is so damn scrubby. I'm not used to using such an unorthodox character, so I keep forgetting all of the options he has at times. Plus, it's gonna take me a while to get used to doing d,u commands for projectiles. Keep inadvertently doing his drill arms move

New day, same slow matchmaking for me 
Is there any way I can see my connection rating in this game, I wonder if the game sees my connection as really bad for some reason? Not that it should, almost all matches have been lagless for me.
Also, is there anyone on capcoms side I can't each out to about this? Between not being able to connect to friends battle lounges and slow matchmaking I'm getting pretty disheartened pretty quick on this game

I play on pc using an xbone controller. No complaints here.
Awesome! Thanks! Thought about getting it on PS4 first but since it has cross-play it doesn't really matter anyway.

Oh, just had my first rage quit, I totally won the battle, the guy said "Nope." at the results and boom, no LP, no Fight Money. My fight moneeeeeeyyyyyy!

As for people Rage quitting. I had a game where there was a throw occurring that would end the match and it dropped out. It must have looked like me Rage quitting but it was just the most perfectly timed disconnect ever. I won my next two fights and the server messed up and didn't upload my LP.

As a crazy ass double dipper who throws money away om the slightest impulse... Is there anyway to link CFN accounts? Playing on PC and then moving over to PS4 and taking my stats/credits with me would be ideal.
Also I would have loved a feature that after playing a set amount of matches, a cloned AI of you exists for people to challenge. Based on your play style, combos, aggression, defence, etc people could challenge your profile even when you are offline, obviously unranked and just for practice but would have been great to throw down in training against favourites you were having difficulty with.

I had no desire to pick Zangief until just now.
Snake Eyes really just understands that character more than anyone in the world.
At first I didn't understand why so much V-Skill from him, but I think he's just making damage that he is assuming he will take on getting in more efficient in terms of how much V-Gauge he gets from it. Zangief's V-Trigger seems so vital. That man is dangerous.

Glad it's not just me then either. Battle lounge doesn't work against all my friends though even those that are also in the uk. Really wish u had better control over the match making - choosing which countries to search as opposed to the vague settings capcom provided. Anyway, I tweeted capcom USA me sfv server twos eve if either can give me info or assistance into what is causing these issues.
Oh, and despite this issue I just hit bronze league. Woo!

fighting wise this game is great (bar survival difficulty spikes) but the online connectivity is hampering the game, got kicked out of survival several times and lost fm from levelling up in story mode because the servers fucked up.
Then there's the time it takes to actually find opponents in match making and the league system might not be in place as i'm still in the rookie league facing people in much higher leagues

just had a a lag fest match now, but i set it too a minimum of 4 stars connectivity :/
Getting annoyed with all these negative SFV threads. One is completely understandable, two is kinda pushing it but having like four of them is ridiculous.
I know some people are pissed off with the game but the amount of threads bashing the game is stupid, especially seeing as a lot of them seem to not understand that the $60 price tag will be justified soon.
