I looked through the forums, but I couldn't find the answer. My stupid question:

Does anyone know why certain college fight songs are not present in the game? Please and thanks in advace GAF.

Common sense answer would be that EA chose to incorporate the top teams anthems, while implementing thier horrible EA Trax soundtrack. Luckily there is an option to turn off the EA Trax, and get the band music.

Also, they have to license the songs from the schools individually.

For instance, according to an EA producer, my alma mater (Auburn) wants too much money for our fight song so it is not in the game.

Oh, and it's NCAA 2006, and there are already at least two threads about this game.

Usually smaller schools don't have their fight songs in the game. Like my FIU Golden Panthers

I was surprised to see that Kent State had their theme in it last year, but not this year.

NCAA 2K6 = NCAA 2006. Oh, and I don't care how many threads there are.
