Yes. Yes, all of us sane, literate people would take the 10-15 minutes to read a TOS if it meant the game was free.

I already do read the ToS on most games. I really should try and get paid for it.

Hate to be cynical but thanks to rapidly increasing automation I think we're squarely in the twilight years of even charging money upfront for games.

The value will shift to commercial curators where you pay them for recommendations, finding what you like in the flood instead.

Companies who stubbornly operate on legacy models consisting of legal TOS fuckery, intellectual property and upfront sales will basically vanish.

Depends on how much value you place on your time. If the document is long enough I would probably opt to pay the money to get straight to what I actually want to be doing.

EZ first choice, most of us cant make 100$ in few minutes needed to read terms of service, hell most of us dont make it in an hour even ;D

There's absolutely nothing I value more than my time outside of my family, but I still would absolutely never, under any circumstances pay money to avoid reading. I just find it interesting is all, thanks for the response man.

Have you ever read TOS? It's crazy what they claim you're agreeing to. It reminds me of The Simpsons episode with Bart punching the air and moving towards Lisa, saying he's just punching air, to resolve himself of all fault for hitting her.

Choice is too easy as presented. OP isn't even asking for comprehension, just moving one's eyes over the words. Make it rather a choice between paying full freight for a game, no ToS obligation, or receiving a discount of say 15-percent in return for stuyding that sweet, sweet legalese.
