Suicide Squad Official Trailer

It's pretty weird to be calling out marvel 'stans' whilst beating your chest over movies that haven't even released. Maybe wait and see if BvS and SS are any good before making such silly claims.

In all honesty I do think man of steel is better than most marvel movies.
Wow, I respect your opinion but it's not a common one for sure. SS looks really good and I can see why DC fans have high hope on it, he'll I think it will help normal person get more interesed inthe DCCU more than BVS or MOS will. This will be a good year for comics and geek fans, I will be watching deadpool, both Marvel movies and SS day one. The others I will wait for the reviews and impression but star wars and the hp spinoff looks interesting too.

Post credits sequence is Thanos and Darkseid discussing best chair sitting practices.

Batman v. Superman: Darkseid lives, flies off into deep space.

Suicide Squad: Darkseid finds a floating seat. Sits down.

Wonder Woman: Darkseid floats around in space, and bumps into someone.

Justice League Part 1: Darkseid bumps into Thanos' floating chair, they swap insurance information.

The Flash: Darkseid and Thanos become friends, hang out.

Aquaman: Thanos and Darkseid are watching Earth's heroes fight each other. Thanos wants Darkseid to pass him the popcorn. Darkseid refuses. Thanos: "Fine, I'll do it myself."

Justice League Part 2: Darkseid checks out the Tesseract, opens a portal to the alternate universe - the DC TV Universe.

Watched it again, a couple of random thoughts.

Enchantress = Tharja

Harley Quinn's accent should have been a bit stronger. She basically should have done the exact same accent as Wolf of Wall St

And the person who cut this trailer is an artist.

Alright, this is my most anticipated super hero film for the next year, by far. Deadpool I hope is good but I worry will be a bit of a trainwreck, and everything else DC and Marvel is just... not interesting.

I love Deadshot as a character, especially in Secret Six. I hope they have a good amount of him in his mask since, in the trailer, it only happened for a fraction of a second.

I don't feel like I know anything more about this movie than I did before watching it. This trailer introduced the cast and then it cut to shots of shooting and things blowing up for the rest of it.

I guess that's good enough for some, but the only substantial character in the trailer was Quinn, and her dialogue about the voices...wasn't great.

It's still a good trailer, just not an informative one that in any way makes me want to see the end product.

Meh is all i can really say for the trailer (Queen seriously?) and once again Harley does not sound like Harley. Mannerism are down to some degree but other then that. Her jokes are falling flat and she's trying to hard to be cute, when it should seem natural. It comes easy to the other harleys compared to this one, that deadpool vs joker video last year had a really good harley in it and i believed that one.

Other then that

Enchantress effect looks cool and Katana is always cool. Jay looks like hes having fun at least.

You know that it's about a group of bad guys being sent on suicide missions in order to reduce the time they're serving.

That's all you need to know.

This actually dehyped me from the teaser.
Me too. They picked a song that didn't fit and tried to make the trailer around it. Leto has me worried... maybe it's because any intensity he had here was ruined by the upbeat tone of the trailer. I ended up laughing at him... in a bad way.

How is it a good trailer, then?

I think it's a good trailer because story is the least interesting part of these movies, and plot should rarely be the focus of a trailer. Atmosphere, style, attitude - these things should come across in a trailer, and did here.

Queen was a bit of an uninspired, dare I say "basic" choice, I get the disdain for it. However, I dunno, I feel like it just worked in this trailer. It seemed to fit the charisma and high energy of the cast and events.

I have hunch that we're only going to be seeing that outfit in the same setup/flashback establishing Deadshot as one of the leading characters of the film. None of the seemingly 'later' shots of the film have him in anything resembling this outfit.

Damn, Slipknot don't care.

Just noticed that's a woman he knocked out like that.

It's the first episode of the Jersey Shore all over again.

Those two other guys are good extras or they've not been told what was about to happen, which would have been great. Either way, pretty legit looking reactions from them.

If we're talking about what makes a good trailer, I mark a good trailer as "anything to get me excited about what the trailer is about"

I don't care how it's done! If in a game it's only cinematics, or if it shows nothing about the plot or characters, etc! Advertising should make me go "BRO I CAN'T WAIT TO WATCH/PLAY THIS!"

I don't need to be informed on what it is, I need to get convinced that my butt needs to be in that seat. Of course what gets my butt in the seat is different than what other people need, but I don't look for trailers to be informed about what they're advertising for. Just to be excited!

The Joker appears to be in this a lot more than I expected. Is he the main villain that the Suicide Squad are sent in to deal with? I thought he was only going to be in flashback sequences to show the relationship to Quin.

Obligatory Harley Quinn ass shot at 2.07 and forced song choice aside, it was a good trailer.

And Joker wearing a purple shirt/waistcoat... thought they'd gone all-in with the shirtless thing.

Kinda like the trailer, but the loud song beat felt really off putting with the stuff that's happening on screen.

Still bothers me Deadshot wearing the scope on the wrong eyes when all those flashes of comic book pages totally shows it's supposed to be on the right side.
It's a scope Will, not an eye patch.

But how was it still "good"? The bolded (and really everything else) completely contradicts that statement.

A lot of the production stuff that had come out for this film had me on the fence for this film, whether they would pull it off or not, but this trailer has me officially sold. The first teaser trailer was good too, but this makes the film look like it will be a blast.

Hyped for this. Disappointed with BvS marketing atm (hope that changes in the next couple months. Deadpool looks fun. Civil War looks great. Cold on Apocalypse. We'll see how Strange turns out but looks interesting.

Overall 2016 will be a good year for superhero films and possibly a great year if they deliver.

It's a good trailer because I was entertained during the duration of it. It was a bunch of things blowing up with a good song choice.

It's the kind of trailer that gets good buzz and butts in seats. So, maybe not good trailer, but effective one.

Yeah, I actually think Margot doesn't go far enough. Harley has be as over-the-top as Joker for it to work.

i thought that, but behind boomerangguy at 1:16 could be him in the mask?
But I expect the mask will mostly be in flashback like that rapelling scene from 1st trailer.
