I don't actually create the gifs in Photoshop, just use it to save them as .GIFs. I use After Effects for everything, I make a video first then export is as an mp4.
Would take too long to create a cutsom gif solely in Photoshop, using After Effects the raccoon video took around 90 minutes to make, then I just exported it to PS to save as a gif.

Back in the Twisted Metal thread before release he was making some GIF's from IGN's play through of Twisted Metal. Absolutely glorious. I think others as well as myself were going insane with excitement. The GIF he posted about the guy driving inside this Carnival/Clown theme park building was great. RESPECT!
