I know about the price
Considering Season 3 GIF by Portlandia

everything is expensive nowadays.

my niche hobby is now a luxury. wonder what happened?

I don't have time to summarize it, but they are impressed and claim it's a notable improvement in textures/draw distance/detail across the board. Native 4k/60 with no drops on Switch 2 as well. Good stuff

Do they spend 20% of the video shitting on it because it's $70?

I get the price is what it is, but it's hilarious how reviewers would always never take cost into consideration but they suddenly do now with this one because they're butt hurt about it.

Leave it to Nintendo to sell a remaster of a remaster they just released a few years ago.

Hey, if they go in and spruce up models & effects to modern day standards, make it controller friendly, re-imagine the cutscenes in-engine as a proper remake, why not?
Mario and the toads looks really rough by today's standards.

Can the games now be played without even the slightest reliance on motion controls ?

I literally have zero interest if they do. It's just not for me.

i can't answer that question but using motion to collect the stars is part of the game design so I doubt they took that out. But you don't NEED to use it I guess.

Will drop by Gamestop at lunch with my preorder receipt, so they can print the digital code.
Galaxy 1 released in 2007, 18 years ago!

I'm still on the fence about getting a Switch 2. I hear it has awful battery life, compared to my OLED Switch 1. :(
