I'm hoping it gets to me by the 31st, I will be out of town from then till the 2nd. Didn't think the delay would push it back that far. I live in SoCal so I hope it gets here on time with Ground shipping.

Nice! Still trying to figure out what I want to do for the art, buttons etc.

My understanding is that the differences are only cosmetic (i.e. different color sides, ball top and art).

This is my final design I made for the stick:

The 6 first buttons will be red and 2 end ones black. The ball top will be bubble red. Hope it gives some ideas!

Anyone (Markman?) have any idea when the USF4 TE2 sticks for PS4 might be back in stock?

The Xrd sticks will have a small amount available in January. It will probably sell out extremely quickly >.<

Dammit, Markman. I just want to give Madcatz money. Stop making it so difficult. :P

Oh, got some art done for my TE2. Not happy with how it printed. The blue came out looking more purple. My Kinkos sucks.

Good thing is the TE2 prints out legal size, so I might be able to do try again at home:

(My friend who did the art really liked the theme Markman posted for Kayane)

Sorry. We go based on preorders and this is what happened lol. People shouldn't sleep on em! We're working on trying to get it to more retailers in the future, namely Amazon.

Will the USF4 restock be limited?

All of our manufacturing runs of FightSticks are limited. We will eventually come up with a Mad Catz version that we will keep in stock all the time, but the licensed ones will always be limited and made based on demand.

I think I'll receive my Hori RAP V4 early next week and I have a question it is hard to create custom panel for it, maybe is there any guides how to do that?

I actually really like that purple color, it is bad ass. Nice stick IMO

I just got a Qanba Q4RAF. Haven't tried the stick yet, but the packaging is awesome:

My first arcade stick, I'll use it pretty much exclusively for STGs and 2D platformers on PC.

Told you the black sided ones would be popular. :) That Xrd model has the best aesthetics yet from you guys. Any news on another black-sided One or 360 model?

The current red/blue-sided non-branded TE2 stick aren't the continuous-production/distribution models?

Pretty slick. Prefer the Viewlix button layout but like that panel design way better than the current blue MadCatz default design in Japan. That+Viewlix+black-sided TE2 would look fantastic as the non-licensed standard.

I'm hoping for a TE2 re-tooling to incorporate the touchpad click which was cannibalized by the share button (also hoping for L3/R3 buttons). The touchpad click is essentially the PS4s select button. It's a shame using the Xbox One TE2 design results in a loss of that. I imagine with TE2s starting to roll out, it's not likely.

I had placed the Mad Catz PS4 Guilty Gear Xrd Arcade FightStick on my Christmas Wishlist, but since I won't know if I have received one for a bit, I also purchased one of these. I purchased this through Play-Asia, last Thursday, and it arrived yesterday.

Congrats! How silent is it? I have the non-silent type and it kinda gets annoying at times. Wondering how crazy I want to get and replace it with a silent one.

Yeah I have this stick. It's fantastic. It's nice to not have to dual mod it for last gen as well. Of course PC doesn't have to worry about that. I swapped out square gate for octagonal and stretched the stick spring out to make it a bit stiffer. Other than that, I absolutely love it. The packaging is beautiful, I really like the felt underside and the carry handle. The optional qanba stick cases are real nice too.

Actually, the fact that it supports Xinput and DirectInput (e.g. 360 and PS3 mode) was part of my decision making. It's useful to have both input APIs natively supported even on PC.

I also already modded mine :P
I felt like the engage distance (I just learned this term, so I hope I'm using it correctly!) was a bit too far for my purposes, so I shortened it slightly. I'm also thinking about getting an octagonal gate.

Aah that's interesting. I knew that 360 mode meant Xinput as far as the stick was concerned, but didn't realise PS3 was DInput.

Thanks, colinp.

I didn't know what to expect from this model with regards to it being "Silent". There is no audible click, at all, with the stick. You'll of course hear the shaft as it makes contact with the opening it sits in, but that's just from normal use.

The buttons are less "clicky" than say my Mad Catz TE and PDP Mortal Kombat stick. I also have a couple of those smaller Hori sticks for 360 and PS3 and the RAP4S buttons seem a bit more quiet than those. Every now and then I will get a slight squeak from a button.

If you desire something a bit more quiet from other sticks, then this may be an option. I noticed a difference right away. I have to say...I miss the clicks.

It's a Christmas miracle! I'll be up for two myself and I know of several others as well who are all over that Noir layout and wider stick spacing. This panel kit include black sides and/or a blank art insert as well? Any plans on a regular production stick based on this design?

No production FightStick will use this panel at this moment.

Also it will just be the top panel, clear cover and artwork.
