I want good Ganondorf more than either of these (Project M Link makes me hate the idea of a good Link tbh; not opposed to it though lol), but yeah, waiting to see how the vets get revamped is almost more interesting than waiting for newcomers at this point.

Yeah, I feel bad for Azure J. I was rooting for Takamaru to be playable character but he didn't this time. At least, he is going to assist us in the battle. No one but Takamaru Supporters should have 100% access to Takamaru only.

Ganondorf is good in Melee.

...But he was so bad in Brawl that it kind of negated any of that lol.

Good Ganondorf would make me so damn happy. I donno if I'd want his side-B to be more like Brawl/Project M or Melee's, though. In Project M, it's so damn good that it almost becomes a crutch. In Melee, you have to get much more creative with Ganondorf.

Takamaru was one of my most-wanted characters, too, but I'm just kind of "whatever" at this point. I just want to know the roster!

I've heard that, though I also hear that that's wrong, and that the assumption that he mains Ganondorf comes from him having played as Ganondorf once on some show or something.

I was only gone for a week and change. I still posted here and there because I can't get out of that Smash Hype vortex, but I just didn't feel the desire to play any more extreme extrapolating even in jest and since there wasn't any big news, my posting slowed down.

Yeah, there was an episode of a Japanese variety show where Sakurai played Brawl against this cute girl. She used Lucas, he used Ganondorf. They played with items on. Sakurai won in Sudden Death.

Probably just trying to show Ganondorf is not shitty like everyone says, lol.

I swear that he said in an interview that Ganondorf is his favorite character to play as.

Yeah I did mistake it now that I'm looking at an actual computer monitor. The lemon is from Pikmin. I cannot recall the in game name though

Been on vacation, but we're on OT12 already? Good god, nothing interesting happened in the past two OTs.

Looking over this week's pics so far having missed them... pretty boring. Three item updates and a trophy thing? Eh... Pretty tame compared to the past couple weeks. I feel like we're going to be getting a Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS Direct soon with a ton of reveals. For the game coming out as soon as it is, this is an awfully slow rate of reveals.

How is this going to handle leaks from broken street dates? should I avoid this thread, or will a spoiler thread be made?
