As for the Snake subject, the only thing I dislike about him being possibly cut is the waste of a great moveset.

I imagine if Snake isn't in Smash 4 (he isn't), I doubt it's because Sakurai went "Man, fuck Snake, I'm not going to bring him back because I personally hate him."

Of course, It would laid on legal licenses, budgets, or someone would said, voice actor.

Laugh at me all you want, but Sakurai considers each Smash Bros. to have its own identity, and maybe Snake didn't fit the vision he had for the new games. Whatever the case, I'm 99.99% certain Snake's exclusion has nothing to do with legal issues or voice acting.

That's not nearly enough evidence against Snake. And I'm not insane, definitely think there's a possibility he can be cut, even though I am insane for Snake. Even if that interaction did happen, there's not much telling on what it meant.

People just need to ask about him more. MOAR. Give us more pieces to the puzzle! We're obviously not going to get much from Kojima. Grill these weak Nintendo reps! Extract their essence.
