What if he realizes all of the other characters pale by comparison? Lucina alts for all?

Having recently replayed a chunk of Subspace Emissary, I don't know how we ever got through it. It's offensively bland.

I still can't believe the same guy went on to make Kid Icarus Uprising, one of the most awesome adventures ever.

Maybe after seeing everyone play this, Sakurai will say, "I don't like how squirrely everyone is rolling around instead of having fun," and then he'll add 10x the landing lag so you can better savor the items strewn about the ground.

If these builds are from whatever the development team was doing any significant amount of time before E3, there's a chance that a lot (or enough realistically) of the changes asked for could have been implemented already thus leaving more time for the feedback to actually get looked over and influence the design a bit.

Yeah, I imagine the builds at E3/BB were likely finalized quite awhile before we got to play them...isn't that usually how demo builds work? Even the video footage in the Directs likely are prepared a bit ahead and aren't literally footage they made that very week.

I mean especially for BB they had to ship them all off and everything to each store. I imagine there was a lot of prep time.

All of these silly scenarios are really just a long-winded way to say, "Man, imagine the hype if we got nearly the whole roster of newcomers at once."

I mean, Robin and Lucina alone nearly fried my circuits.

I keep forgetting she was the first newcomer post-E3. That's pretty crazy.

So as of now we've had 3 newcomers at each E3, 3 newcomers between them, and 2 since the last E3.


Though Mii Fighters are kind of like 3 newcomers on their own...
