It was interesting that Nintendo was open to collaborations in GameCube era and had their characters in Western games.Though Japanese collaboration with Konami was the best , Dance Dance Revolution : Mario mix had some fun Mario theme remixes.

Honestly, if Battlefield was included in For Glory mode but the mode stayed as a 2-minute timed smash battle, everyone would still just exchange NNIDs and do friend matches.

Yes! I would love a Tropical Freeze stage. I could go for a stage with a flat FD-esque wooden platform and then crumbling snow platforms above to mirror the first level of the last island.
And then give me some of that sweet Snomad's Theme.

I don't think it would make sense for Snake to show up at all if he isn't a fighter. It'd be like putting Mewtwo in the pokeball item.
So I guess it could happen, since Sakurai hates all the fanbases of everything.
