Sakurai still had a comment about not really wanting to show unlockables when Luigi was revealed, but did it for year of luigi. Jigglypuff has always been unlockable and I don't see that changing.
I would imagine Mewtwo would as well, so I would bet on pokemon trainer.

I think it'll be PT. If Sakurai was still considering Mewtwo around that one Pokémon conference at E3, I dunno if he'd be ready to be shown by now.

King K. Rool should be unlockable. Let me play as Jigglypuff immediately.
That went out the window with Sonic and Toon Link, who were both unlockable in Brawl, and Young Link (who is basically Toon Link) was also an unlockable in Melee. I don't think Sakurai actually cares.

I hope so, some fairy moves or effects would be cool. I like her Brawl moveset though so just seeing her back would be good enough for me.

Classic Mewtwo with a variant of X&Y forms for final smash and/or Pokémon Trainer with the Kalos starters even though they'll be the Kanto starters again with Mega Forms. 
Olimar - Friday (day before Pikmin 3)
Luigi - Wednesday
Peach - Thursday
Toon Link - Thursday (same day as Wind Waker HD)
Sonic - Tuesday

Absolutely, though the character itself is subjective.
Let's say as far as a popular, heavy-hitter sort of character, Mega Evolutions are your best bet.
As far as other options, (doesn't actually reveal any new pokemon, just feedback on what we've seen so far)
one possibility getting thrown around a lot in the XY leak thread is a new Pokemon Trainer that uses starter variants, of which there's a near-perfect setup. That is, you could pretty much have a trifecta greater than the OG Squirtle / Ivysaur / Charizard.
