Yes! And he looks great! He actually seems to match WWHD better than the Brawl model resembled the original Wind Waker.

Well that makes up for last week being NOTHING whatsoever, to say the very least. Pretty sure a lot of the leaks leading up until now kept insisting Toon Link was cut, so it's nice to find out earlier than later that he isn't and said leakers are full of shit.

Toon Link's model looks fantastic, but judging from those screenshots, they haven't changed his moveset much at all. Hopefully Sakurai's comment during Peach's release applies in this case, and he's still undergoing changes.
Good update regardless. I couldn't think of any other fourth Zelda representative for the life of me, so I'm okay with his inclusion.

While not cell shaded, he definitely looks like he came from Wind Waker more than Brawl Toon Link did.

If Ganondorf is still racing F-Zero racers while Toon Link has brand spanking new moves I will blow chunky salsa.
But as of now it looks like Toon Link is cloning around Smash Town still.

To be fair, Ike has showing up in Awakening's DLC, starring in multiple western-released games and being popular in the context of Smash going for him. Just that I could see them swapping him out for Chrom, though that Chrom/Lucinia pair-up idea would be a convenient way of having all four in Smash.
