Gotta nerf Meta Knight when they reveal Galacta Knight who is 3 times as strong and 5 times as fast and can kick everyone's ass.
Not to mention all his attacks can pierce super armor and nullify Fire Emblem character's counter moves.

That's the saddest part
As fun as it was to play Meta Knight with a bunch of friends initially, it stopped when being marginally competent at the game meant nobody could touch you while playing him.

I know the tiers will always exist no matter how balanced it is, it would just be nice for lower/bottom tier characters to get a lot of TLC and attention.

Agreed. I wouldn't mind him getting all unique A moves and air moves to differentiate toon link. Project m did a good job of making them feel very different

I'd be disappointed if we only got Pit this time. The characters in Uprising are so good that KI needs a rep from it.

I think having more than 3 KI characters is overkill. 3 is already kind of pushing it but I'll accept that.

You might want to be realllyy careful with the reveal jokes, people might starting taking you serious and mods will probably take action. Just be careful with the wording.
My ideal Kid Icarus roster:
Pit as playable (obviously confirmed lol)
Hades as playable (so we can have a villain)
Palutena as playable (So we can have a character that's opposite of Hades. Also staff user)
Viridi as stage hazard or gimmick (because of the reset bomb level, I can imagine the taunt conversation occurring there!)
Dark Pit as alt color (like in Brawl)
Eggplant Wizard as Assist Trophy (so he can turn anyone into egg plants) or maybe that other enemy that had a similar thing going on. I forgot its name.

Like Star Fox's dialogues on their stages. Kid Icarus' banters and dialogues would be sooo gooooood. Also it would be nice if Pit would get Codec for each characters as well with random casts appearing up in discussion.
Also In SmashGAF IRC, someone suggested that Little Mac should have a taunt where Doc Louis would appear on the screen and giving Little Mac the advices how to beat opponents and making snarky comments on opponents.
I really want that so bad.
