Superstore

anyone else a fan of this show? I don't see it talked about much.

Walmart was one of my first jobs growing up. it would surprise you how accurate this show is.

underrated show IMO

I enjoyed the first few seasons of the show! I think I stopped watching when COVID hit because the show went in some weird places (along with Walmart IRL here).

A good, largely inoffensive watch. My wife and I watched it all the way through. Plays to the usual sitcom tropes, with a few standout characters and gags.

I don't think it's an all time classic, but I enjoyed it for what it was.

My daughter loves it, I didn't hate it. I laughed at it a few times, especially when a giant bird shat in Glenn's bin, and there were no characters I couldn't stand so I didn't mind watching it with her. I'd give it a 6/10, but I'm old and jaded so it probably deserves a bit more, maybe 7-7.5/10.

Shits hilarious. Seeing the guy who plays Garrett walk around is a trip though.

He also played 1 of the stoner animal control guys on parks and rec.

Superstore, parks and rec, the office, 30 rock all have that same vibe. Michael schur was involved in a bunch of nbc stuff

first few seasons were great. Last two I think kinda didn't hold up quite as well. But I find myself quoting Dina (easily the best character) quite a bit.

Typical mediocre show. It was so bland that I thought it was Canadian.

Hey now, check yourself. Canada gave us one of the best cartoons of the 90's.

For all what's worth they also gave us Caillou.

Oh come on, that's a highly important show for parents. Just watch every episode and do the exact opposite of Caillou's parents and you'll raise a child who doesn't turn into a spoiled little shit.

My mom and I watched this til America left the cast.

Nichole Bloom/Sakura <3

Someone remind me her character name plz. I remember her goober BF Bo.

Edit
Cheyenne! I think...

Seems that "the guy in a wheelchair" is the latest required checkmark for any new show to get greenlighted. Every new show I watch has one. And they do not even talk about it. Like, what happened? A war injury? You can't even talk about it.

As far as the show goes, it doesn't seem to be part of any of my streaming subscriptions, so I have not seen it. I honestly do not want to know what goes on at Walmart.

this show is 10 years old, so I don't think this is the "latest" trend. their newest show, St Dennis, doesn't have a guy in a wheelchair.

its on Peacock btw

Is this that Dane Cook show?

Loved this show. Glenn always cracked me up as store manager.

I remember when the entire store flooded and Glenn was on the ground trying to stop the floodwaters from the bathroom stall.
