Has anyone even heard of these kind of pizza places? I mean you place an order for a pizza and they give you the pizza uncooked at a supposedly lower cost. I thought the whole purpose of pizza places was the convenience. It's almost like going to the supermarket and grabbing a digourno's. I'm not buying this new trend of pizza stores, sorry. I wan't my pizza cooked when I pick it up, dammit!

i guess it depends on where you go, but the local take and bake place here kicks ass. I eat there more than regular pizza joints. Not only is it much cheaper, but the toppings just seem to taste a lot fresher.

its definatley cheaper and they have some damn good deluxe pizzas too. preheat the oven as u go to pick it up and u come back and cook it for 15 minutes and BAM

We've had Papa Murphys in this area for 3-4 years. It's the only "take and bake" type place like this that I know of.

They are definately much better than your chain National Pizza places that were covered in the thread last night. Their pepperoni has a great taste. Those deluxe or stuffed type pizza's are incredible + crazy filling.

papa murphys is good pizza, but you got to know just how long to bake it
