I am still confused and also bored so I found this heatmap which I don't know how valid it is but it confirms what I thought, Western Europe is just not into her. Weird how Eastern Europe and Northern Africa and Arabia are.

Northern European here. I had to check her out on Spotify and listen to her most popular songs. The only one I'd heard before is I Knew You Were Trouble. I don't really see why she's such a superstar, but it might be the lyrics that resonate with women.
