The chained up Ling Xiaouyu is just a hack of Jin's ending (or was it kazuya's?). Would kinda be nice, but there aren't enough new characters from tekken 3 to present to warrant a new "trilogy" game.

either way. if its real. it wont be ported to ps2 cuz the lack of ram i guess. and it will be ported to PS3 with updated graphics much like TTT on the Arcade PS1 to the PS2 hardwere
