Playing some Rocket League on my new X930E, on an original PS4, I can't say I notice the high-ish input lag at 1080p at all. Feels snappy to me. Guess it's perhaps more noticeable in 60fps shooters, frame-perfect fighting games, etc, but I don't really play those, so this won't be a problem at all I think. Motion also looks very sharp and clear to me. Also nice that the TV automatically switches to game mode on the PS4 input, thanks to CEC I'm guessing.
What I do notice, of course, is the low resolution, or rather the aliasing and shimmering caused by it. That's always been noticeable in RL, but it's more so now. Gonna be nice to get a Pro and get some higher resolutions going. And that will also improve the input lag.
And in general, stuff looks great on this TV. Such an upgrade over my old set. The only issue, as expected, is the blooming caused by bright objects on dark backgrounds. The blacks are pretty great otherwise, but with stuff like a white credits scroll on a black background it's bloom city.
Another thing that positively surprised me is the TV's audio. Was expecting junk based on the reviews, but it sounds really good to me. Nothing like a proper sound system, of course, but waaaaay better than my old set. Details are clear, bass is definitely there, and the simulated surround stuff actually adds quite a bit of immersion.
