What have I seen?

I don't know what I'm looking at in that bed, but the entity on the right be fuckin.

It looks like the woman's BF was a teddy bear but decided that it needed to turn its gf into a cuckold and grab another bear while she watched.

It also seems the pixilated image displays this same scene except with another unsavory element added.
