I guess that he's really a child molester, though. From the more recent photo of him as an adult, it looks like he's had some kind of trauma to the face. (Notice the scar or something right above his nose in line with his eyebrow.)

That has to be the explanation of why he looks the way he does, because judging from the pictures of him as a child there's no way he could have naturally grown into that.
