He has to. Look at the other nominations. Not even close. I had countless albums I prefered over TPAB, but TPAB was without a doubt the best mainstream album of the year. We even had the production misplacing her name in that song a few minutes ago. The song she would've performed was already covered.
Hasn't had a big hit, but her voice is legitimately great and it seems like she can play a bit too. More deserving than half of the pop artists in the game.
