The game was made by three brothers . They don't have to sell that many copies of their games to stay in the black. Or perhaps this is not even a business but a hobby, so they'll continue no matter how few copies they sell.

Wasn't this the game where one of the devs said they didn't want to port it to PC because of nude mods, but made the MC hot as fuck in revealing clothes lol? Listen, I love me some sexy female MC's (especially from Western devs) but the way the devs acted, the shitty, brokenness of the game, and their goofy, half assed culture war stance is just no. Literally all they had to do was fucking shut up, release the game finished, and not pussy out with giving us a hot MC and then reverting to "but, but, lewd mods".

I wouldn't be suprised if Steam's refund policy also scared them off a little as well.

The game probably only needs to sell like 1000 copies to keep the company.......of three, profitable.
Consider it was a 50 dollar game......if you look at the credits most of it was made by one person.....they likely havent crossed the Unreal Engine threshold so they are practically sorted.
They could probably keep pushing their games out forever just from Code Violet which got bad press but that led to people "hate" playing the game.........a sale is still a sale whether the customer liked the game or simply mocked it.
