It's Top Of The Lake S02, filmed in 2015. No doubt had some work, just nothing too excessive, but a year or two later when filming Big Little Lies you could see her getting progressively more plastic and odd looking through the latter part of the show.

I just always appreciated they had her done up very natural in Top Of The Lake, kinda stripped back, raw and understated, really let her shine through even as she was coming up on 50. Find something about the above shot really striking.

Seems to go through stages now of looking terrible after the procedures, then as soon as they've calmed down and she starts to look reasonably pleasant and normal again, she has another round and makes herself all weird again. I think she would have aged wonderfully if she just let herself age naturally from that ~2015 point.
