So this is my my first time posting in here but the "what's the best country in the world" topic in OT has me thinking.
What is the best country in the world for black Americans/ black people?
I'm a 26 year old black male living in the south who has always been aware and exposed to racism. However, It seems like the events in the last few years (police shootings, trump, general public sentiment) have severely ramped up the divide amongst minorities and whites in this country and I honestly don't see it getting better in the foreseeable future.
So for the first time ever I'm actually wondering if there are better options out there than this country. I would like to see what other GAF members think on this. Is US really the best country for blacks or is there somewhere else out there?

How does it even get to that point though. I mean under normal circumstances a normal person calls an exterminator when they see a roach. I've been in infested houses and it's like do you not see the shit crawling up your ceilings and walls? Do you not care.
Roaches follow food, so shit had to be bad if they are inside the electronics.

Waaaaaay back in the day when I used to date hoodrats, the things I saw and tried to ignore... Roaches all over the kitchen and would scatter when the lights turned on. Raoches on walls, eating the glue from peeling wallpaper, etc. Granted they were in public housing and the infestation may have been from next door, but still.
When I built my house and moved in I was so worried I would get roaches. In 9 years I have seen 3 roaches. All in the garage. I keep my place sprayed up. Hell, I spray roach spray outside around the house, trying to make a perimeter.
The roaches you need to worry about is the ones that stay when the lights are on. Them and the mutant Florida ones.

no it is more likely that the roach are in his electronics because is a nice, warm place and dark place . they can go a month without food but as the name waterbug implies they need water or they will die a week .
